Privacy policy

This site collects the minimum necessary to deliver a module, issue an invoice and answer a message. Nothing is sold or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes.

1. Data controller

2. What is collected

Accountname, email address, encrypted password, billing address.
Ordermodules purchased, amount, date, invoice. Card data never passes through this site: it is entered on the payment provider's end.
Module requestcontact details, description of the need, budget, attachments you add yourself.
Messagescontent of the emails received at apps@odooskills.com and of the site's forms.
Technicalserver logs (IP address, page requested, date), session and cart cookies.

3. Why

  • Fulfill the order: deliver the archive, open the customer area, issue the invoice.
  • Respond to a module request or a message.
  • Keep the accounts, a legal obligation.
  • Protect the site: form anti-spam, security logs — legitimate interest.
  • Inform about news, only if you have signed up: every mailing carries its unsubscribe link.

4. Who else has access

Only technical providers, each for their part: Stripe and PayPal for payment collection, Mailjet for email delivery, Groupe LWS for hosting the server (France). No resale, no data broker.

5. For how long

  • Account and purchases: as long as the account exists — it gives access to the downloads already paid for.
  • Invoices: the applicable accounting retention period.
  • Module requests and messages: three years after the last exchange.
  • Technical logs: twelve months.

6. Where the data is

The server is located in France. The publisher is a US company: its officers access it from abroad, and the providers mentioned may process some data outside the European Union.

7. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability are exercised by emailing apps@odooskills.com. Response within one month. A resident of the European Union may refer the matter to the supervisory authority of their country if they believe the response is insufficient.

8. Cookies

Necessary cookies (session, cart, language preference) allow the site to work. Non-essential cookies are only set after acceptance in the banner, revocable at any time.
