1. Site publisher

The site apps.odooskills.com is published by Odoo & AI Skills LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). Any question about the site or the modules goes to apps@odooskills.com, the sole contact address of the store.

2. Purpose of the site

The site presents a catalog of modules for the Odoo software. Some modules are available for free download, others after purchase. Odoo is a trademark of Odoo S.A.; this site is not published by Odoo S.A. and does not bind that company.

3. Account

Creating an account is required to purchase a module and to find your downloads again. The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date. Credentials are personal: their use is the responsibility of the account holder, who must report any unauthorized use without delay.

4. Modules and licenses

Each module is distributed under the license shown on its listing and reproduced in its archive. This license determines what is allowed: installation, modification, redistribution. The financial terms of a purchase (price, invoicing, refund) are covered by the terms of sale presented at the time of payment.

5. Intellectual property of the site

The text, visuals, screenshots and graphic elements of the site are protected. Their reproduction beyond a short quotation with a link to the source requires prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

The following are forbidden: massive automated extraction of the catalog, any attempt at unauthorized access, deliberately putting the service at fault, circumventing the access controls on paid archives, and redistributing a paid module outside the scope of its license.

7. Availability

The site is provided as is. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or for an external cause. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

8. External links

The site may link to third-party sites, whose content is beyond the publisher's control. Visiting them is governed by the terms specific to those sites.

9. Personal data
